Motor Mounts (revisited)

Sorry about the repost but I'm not sure if this has already been discussed.
 I am replacing the passenger side motor mount.  I finally got the old one
out (which wasn't that difficult to do anyways) but now I was wondering,
does it matter how I press in the new one.  I noticed that the hole is not
centered.  Does it matter where the hole is or do I need to press it in in
a specific location?  Thanks
