Nah, it doesn't hurt to skip gears unless you drop into the wrong rev range or
slip the clutch lots...
and about the motor mount, it's hard because the timing belt covers are in the
way, etc...
If you can do it and say it wasn't that hard, go for it!
I dunno about the doors, I want to know too.
