Jeff, DO NOT be a victim of these schmucks! Demand to speak to a manager.
If he gives you the run around, then ask to speak to the manager.
(Speaking from being in the repair biz) It is their responsability to fix
anything they break, and/or complete the repair they are being paid to
do. I wouldnt pay a damn dime to these guys.
