Re: Galvanizing

According to 'Volkswagen Sport Tuning For Street And Competition', VW
started galvanizing in 1985. However, my GTI is an '85 and has rust around
the bottom of the windshield, on the cowl. This is not the first time I've
seen this, either. Any ideas as to why? I'm puzzled. Anyhow, if I ever
bought a new car, I'd go to Ziebart right after I picked it up. That stuff
works pretty good. I had a '74 Dodge Dart that had been hit with the stuff,
and the body was SOLID. Very unusual for a car of that vintage in my area.
Lousy heater, though. I kinda miss that car. What a beast.
-scirocco content follows-

Somebody went into my 'rocc last weekend and stole all my tapes. The
bastard son of a motherf--ker stole my copy of the Replacements first
album. That son of a bitch. I forget to lock my door ONCE and bye bye.
That's what happens when I can only think about getting home from work and
having a beer. Argh.
I'd like to get my hands on that punk.
