relays

In thinking over the addition of relays, after reading all the discussion, I
have to ask is there a reason to use more than one for the low beams? After
all, one  seems to be enough to cover both lights unless you also upgrade to
a higher wattage.
My scenario is I want to add the relays then later switch to E code lamps.
