I found the best way to tackle dashboard buzzing is tie up all loose wires.
 try zip ties to keep them from rattling around back there.  i'm also going
to stuff a whole bunch of foam under there to try and quiet things down. 
Anybody have any ideas about spraying or coating the inside of the dash
with some kind of sound absorbant material, like dynamat??
