Model Scirocco

I was just reading an article in AutoWeek about Model Mfgrs reissuing
classic kits (AMT, Revell).

I wonder if we could get them to re-issue one of the Scirocco kits if we
approached them as a group?????

Any thoughts  ?  ?  ? 

(I believe one of the list members has an image of a Mk1 kit on his page)
