Removing injectors?  I use a Stanley "Nail Puller", a flat crowbar-like
piece of flat steel with a 90 degree bend on one end designed to pull nails.
It's cheap, and works perfectly on both 16V and 8V engines by using the
valve cover to leverage against.  It has a nottch for the nail which
straddles the injector nicely.  Be careful to exert a little force on the
injector to ensure that it's trying to come straight out, rather than in a
bind.
