Sciroccos and GTI's have a quicker ratio manual steering rack than
standard Rabbits. I found this out when I changed my rack in my GTI. I
put one in from an '80 diesel Rabbit, and now the steering is much
slower. I plan on putting one in from an '83 Scirocco soon (I have it
lying around).
