Need help with Timing?????

Hey there...I need to time my 1.6 with weber(no retard on dist) and wondered
where and how to set my timing...I have a dwell meter and a timing light. I
heard 10 degrees advanced works like a champ but I want basically whatever
would be best for a street racer....
