Tech: Greasing the runners for my seats.

First off:  Should I grease the runners for the
drivers and passanger seats?  they slide a bit better now that I took
them out and cleaned everything but you still have to wiggle your butt
to get em to move.

Second: The seat release knobby thing (the lever you push to move the
seat forward/backward) is VERY stiff and due to the grease drying out
- so I wanted to clean it and regrease it -but I'm not sure about what
type of grease to use.
