I actually like my VW dealer. I like being able to say, "I want the little doohicky that goes on the thingamijig underneath that
whatchamacallit." And they look around for a while, we chat for a bit, figure out exactly what it is that I'm talking about, and then
they can get it, no matter how small or inconsequential it is. And often the little diddly parts I want (like injector surrounds-
different from injector seals) are only a dollar or two. Or sometimes just a few cents. Makes me happy : )
