QUICK QUESTION

FN tranny, is it wide ratio or close ratio? anyone have numbers? all 
my manuals are from 1985 and up, this tranny was used in 82-84 years.
piece of crap was in my 86 scirocco 8v...bah seller never mentioned 
it was a different tranny.
