SV: Tips for IDing an Unmarked Cop Car!

Could be hard to see but alot of the unmarked cars here in
Sweden have a net on the exhaust pipe. Probobly so their exhaust
cant be jammed I think. Two or more people sitting inside with
jackets on if they have to go out of car chasing you and to
cover their veapons.
