In the UK,look at the back of the car,if it has no stickers ie where the car
was bought etc and a couple of antenas....stay back its probably the pigs.
Also watch out for the camera postioned around about the top/centre of the 
windscreen.
We're not bad here in Scotland.....the police all run around in unmarked Volvo
T5's,and they are few and far between up here due to Scottish reluctance to
spend decent money on a superb car like the T5.

	most unmarked cop cars run a wider tire set up than stock cars so the 
rims
	are fatter and don't have hubcaps need good eyesight to see that at a 
distance
