RE: Finally found!



One of the two cables inside the seat back is broken.  The only way to fix 
this is to carefully pry open the little metal teeth at the bottom of the 
seat back and take a peek inside.  I got new cables from a Pick-n-pull to 
fix mine but I'm sure there are other sources.  You can easily reach up 
inside to connect the new cables with a long nose pair of needlenose pliers 
or make a tool out of a coat-hanger.

This is a go slow and think about it procedure because the seat material 
will tear easily.
