  The Power module is designed for cars equipped with CIS-E injection. So if
you have an 8V with CIS-E injection, yes you can use it. CIS-E injection
came stock on some A2 Golf and Jetta 8Vs, but AFAIK it never came stock on
any 8V Scirocco. If you want to richen your mixture(CIS), remove the CO adjustment
plug, and you can tweak your mixture for free! Its a small plug that may
require drilling out, and its on the fuel distributor housing between the
fuel distributor and Air Flow Plate. You need a long 3mm allen wrench to get
at it. Note that you really should get someone with a CO meter to test this
for you, otherwise you can get the mixture so far off it runs like absolute
crap.
