Pluging heater hoses

Top-a-d-mornin' to ya-
  In my quest to minimize weight and build an IT legal rocco, I have
removed everything I can legally from the interior of my scirocco.  The
rules specify that the heater core and hoses must remain, but the hoses
can be plugged.  What is the best thing to plug the hoses with?  Any
suggestions are appreciated.
