Questions about timing belt

I think it is about time for a timing belt on my '87 16v.
I cant afford to pay somebody to do it for me (because I am 
saving for a transmision)
I want to know from some people that have changed their
timing belt.
	A.  How long should it take w/out airtools.
	B.  Any tips on how to make it easy
	C.  What a good price for one is
	D.  Is there any kind of "upgraded" timing belt I can get?
	E.  A step by step writeup would be nice :)
