Looks like your getting it dialed in with the nitrous.  That's great to hear.
 Isn't nitrous fun!? and you don't have to inhale.

That's interesting about your timing.  Are you running a stock distributor?
 I am running nitrous with a NOS system and also a Drake recurved
distributor.  My timing is set at 16 degrees BTDC(as recommended by Drake)
and the total advance is 32 degrees.  I have thought about retarding my
timing by 2 degrees but I get absolutely no hint of pinging/knocking so I've
left it alone.  I do notice at around 6K rpm with nitrous flowing it hits a
brickwall.  It does not want to rev anymore.  Have you seen/experienced this
(yet)?  Maybe I am starting to detonate and that's why I can't rev
anymore(w/nitrous thing are happening so fast(as you know) and loud maybe I'm
missing the pinging).  Any ideas from your experience?
