plastic is a good idea . it would cut cost material down . most the molds we
have made are aluminum so just kinda assumed the mold would be aluminum. so
ok plastic maybe 2.00 a lb but alot!! lighter so theres some savings. if
figure  ill pitch in 250.00 since i will have the mold only fair for others
not to pick up the tab for that. which still leaves about ??? 600-750 or so
for the mold . your last comment on only a mail plug  yes thats true most of
the molds we deal with are two stage molds for injection molding so vacuum
molds would work great!! aas far as design no problem i can take an actual
car and shrink it and digitize it on a CAD /CAM system so Art work is out the
door !! its all  computers now my friend. talk at ya soo
