I had a similar problem and replaced the "warmup" regulator with
a new one.  It did not fix the problem, which turned out to be the
CO adjustment - a little too rich on cold starts.  AFAIK, the mixture
does not change from cold to warm beyond these two items, so try
the cheaper fix first (control pressure regulator +/- $100US).
Also try the O2 next...
