Wipers

Just noticed a difference in wiper speed on my '81 'rocco and my '81
wabbit.  The 'rocco's is twice as slow, is this normal? Is this because
of the single wiper <-(Definitely a mark of a true sports car) or do I
have a bad motor.  The only thing is that both the front and back wipers
are slow so I guess it could be the wiper relay. Thanks for any help.
