16v front crank seal...

Hi folks,
I need some help, I want to change the front crank seal on a 16v.  So I 
have to remove the drive sprocket, but how can I apply high torgue to the 
bolt without the crankshaft turning?

In gear with the wheels on the ground does not do the trick, the crank 
just turns.  Making some sort of spanner wrench to attach to the pulley 
bolts would not be that simple.  Any other ideas?
