A less expensive way to do this is with a head spacer like the one AMS
sells for about $70. Its designed to drop the 2.0 16V compresssion for
their turbo kit, and would work just as well on a 1.8.

AFAIK only AMS makes a turbo 16V manifold. Either buy one from them, or get
a reputable header shop to custom make you one, which will probably cost
less. AMS wants $500-$600 for it depending on which day you ask them.
