mild temp starting

 My 79 has trouble starting for the first time each day in mild
temperatures, around 50 degrees or so.  In the winter it is no
prob, just starts right up, but once the warmer weather moves in,
the car takes 15-20 seconds to start.  It seems to me as if there
isnt any pressure in the fuel line but I may be wrong.  Sound familiar to
anyone?  Any ideas?
