Help . . ..Presure polate to crank. . .torque.. . .?

Help . . .the bible says to torque the six bolts that conect the presure
plate to crank is 20 ft lbs. . .with 1/4 turn after words. . .and the fly
wheel to the presure plate 15 ft lbs. . . is this right. . . my 914 with
about 50 less bhp needs to be tightened three times more. . .I'm just way to
scared to leave them at 20 ft lbs. . .help me. . .!
