Modify it: K&N, custom exhaust with  headers, Audi throttle body 
with ported intake, advance the timing a little and ajust the mixture 
so its lean and mean.  Gives probably more than 100hp to a 90hp 
engine.

Do not forget the coil, distributor, spark plugs, spark plug wires, 
etc...
