No, Euro bumpers are NOT SP legal.  Update/backdate rules do NOT include
parts from overseas that were not standard on some model in the USA covered
by this.


FYI New 97 Rule books are out for SCCA-solo II.  Call Denver and ask
for one.  Takes a coupla weeks to get them.  Waiting on mine now..
