seat belt difference

The active belts are the ones that you pull over your shoulder and
buckle yourself in.  Passive ones have the shoulder part connected to
the door so that you sit down with it already attached.  Then if you
want, you buckle the lap belt.  My 92 has the passive belts and they are
quite annoying and unsafe IMO.
