Well you could make the mold yourself out of wood. If that just will not do
it could be prototyped for about
$800-$1600 from a Pro-E File on a PLM. The output would need a coat on it
but you could run parts from
that point on. RTV molds could be made from a SLA and then cast the body.
This would have all the detail.
Don't hit the wall with this version thoe. You know there are several ways
to do this with out injection molding.
