  Do you mean the whole tube, or just the plastic part the dipstick goes
into? The plastic part can be had from a dealer for $5 or so. Its common for
the stock part to break, I've had to replace it on both of my sciroccos, as well
as on my brothers. You may need a vise grip or something similar to grab the
old one and twist/yank it off, the new one slides right on. Its pretty
simple.
 Oh, and the new one comes on only one color: bright orange!
