     Well, that doesn't seem like a bad price right there.  Even with the 
clutch burnt, (easy enough repair, honest, just abit time consuming), as long 
as it's in good shape, i'd buy it.  It would at least be running, unlike my 
'84 with NO transmission and lights and grille and fender crunched/missing...
