Hmmm, well first off I assume you use a hex socket and not a key right?
Is the bolt stripped? I have yet to encounter a b*tch bolt on my car
(16v tho) and I have done the pass. motor mount both control arms,
CV boots etc. I have a trick to avoiding a frozen bolt, I always
let the car come up to temp (let the fan come on once) and then cool
down so I can touch it, but not so it's cold, works good ='). But
I would say you are past that point. Lemme think......you could try
hitting to bolt with a hammer, propane torch (carefull!) to heat it,
Liquid Wrench, Uhhhh... Guess thats all I can think of, anyone else
got any ideas?

Good Luck
