Well, The Potterman has one on his 16V GTi. When we dyno'd the thing, it
produced one hp at the low setting. Higher settings showed a loss of
power. 
Is 1hp worth $150? Well, if you've done everything else to make all the
hp you can get then sure, it probably is worth it. 
Mike told me once that on the higher settings it seemed to run stronger
on the top end but down low and especially at idle, it sucked in a bad
way.
