OR you could try a European fule pressure regulator that came on Euro CIS GTI's.  These do the 
same thing only they are probably not as precise as the Audi regulator.  Would a 16v regualtor fit? 
 Oh duh, they're CIS-E.  Sorry.  Probably just adding a bigger air flow sensor, distributor and 
pressure regualtor will do it.  these can all be bought from Eurospec I believe.  Lata
