Whats that Gtech computer?

Ive heard discussion of this thing.. the Gtech computer?
Now am I dreaming or is this somthing that can tell you 0-60 times/1/4 mi
times
HP, MPG and all that?
Im really interested in a fairly inexpensive way to determine the 0-60 time
and HP of my car.  If anyone has any info on this Gtech thing please post
it!!
