I don't recall.  P400 or P600 is ringing a bell, but that could've been for
another project.  Like I said, cruise to your local paint store and they'll
tell you *exactly* what you need.  Paint people are always friendly.  And
no, I didn't sand the clear coat.  Only sand:  the old clearcoat off the
rim, and the primer to make a nice smooth surface.  Do NOT sand the paint or
the clearcoat.  And remember, do NOT overdo it.  Be gentle and spray
sparingly.  Light coats, many.  Not few heavy coats.  Got it everyone?  It's
fun.  And satisfying.  And it makes even the cheesiest cheapo rims look nice.
