Lowering the Cold air intake thingy

Who's web page had the procedure the little air intake mod?  I remember Shawn
Meze (pronounced May-zee :-)) gave it a 2 thumbs up, and I'm home again now
so I'm gonna do it.

So what was that Web page address?

Also, I'm asking this for the 3rd time:  Stripping paint off calipers:  Oven
cleaner or Brake fluid?

If I use one of them (can't remember), then the caliper is ready to be
repainted.  If I use the other, I have to prep some.  Which is which?  Thanks
guys!
