Re: Update on question running on 3 cyl.




When I first drove my 'rocco (prior to buying it) I thought hey, I 
should be the timing or something.  

Turned out it was the original spark plus wires (12 yrs old) so I 
just figured I'd buy some.  Buy exacly the same kind.  Go at the 
dealer if you have to.  The cheaper you pay, the cheaper it gets.  I 
Found some "Made in Germany" life guarenteed at a Hardware store 
called Canadian Tire in Canada.   They usually sell crap, but these 
wires are stamped made in Germany all over them. (60$)

So check those and check the timing (mechanical and electrical).  You 
can also change the distributor and rotor (needs to be changed 
often - 20$).
