1985 1/2 Scirocco spec sheet



Okay Adam here it goes,
  My Scirocco has been featured in Sport Compact, European Car, and VW
Trends.  It is Alpine white, with the lower half of the car Mitsubishi
Fiji Blue, sperated by thin stripes of VW Diamond Silver and a custom
purple stripe.

That's the best I could do with just lines, and some slants.
Exterior:   BBS body kit, Kamei grill and grill spoiler, Euro bumpers,
Euro headlights, Clear Euro Turn Signals, Blue Euro side markers, Fuba
Antanae
Mechanicals:   16V front and rear disc brakes and master cylinder,
g-grind cam, tri-y header, Techtonics high flow cat, Velocity exhaust
with Borla Muffler, Neuspeed t-body, Misc. chrome engine pieces.,
Techtonics fan switch and thermostat
Suspension:  Neuspeed springs, 22mm front sway bar, 28 mm rear sway bar,
Neuspeed upper and lower stress bar, Koni adjustable shocks/struts, 15x7
Momo Aries wheels w euro t/a tires
Interior:  Momo Monte Carlo steering wheel, Super Anatomic Shift knob,
White guages,Stereo:   Kenwood deck and cd changer, with 2 12' woofers
and 6 1/2 3-way speakers ....,  reupholstered stock seats, with white
outers, and white with a blue, silver and purple diagonal stripe in the
insert.
  It took me about 3 1/2 years to build the car and an estimated $15,000,
but it was usually in $1000 increments, so you don't realize what the car
is costing you until you add up all the reciepts over a several year
period.  I think the car is great and I have owned it for the last 8
years.  When I bought it it had the Cassette deck and an alarm,
everything else I have done, or had done to it.  I don't think I will
ever sell the car, although I drive it less and less frequently and use
my 95 Jetta GLX as daily transportation usually.
