Well, I personally wouldn't use BOGE (not that there's anything terribly
wrong with them; they just don't suit me).  A large part of the typical
Koni price hike is due to their adjustable nature, I imagine.  As far as
Koni vs. Bilstein... I guess it depends.  I prefer Bilsteins, but you
might want the Konis if you were autocrossing the thing.  I talked to
a friend of mine (who races a 78 in ITC) and he said that he has used
both and was almost equally happy with either - it kind of comes down
to what feel you prefer (there may be reliability issues, but I'm not
qualified to speak about them).

Too bad it's kinda hard to test drive different suspension setups!  On
that note - I will say that if there are any list members in CO I might
be convinced (with the proper amount of consumable substance) to let
someone test a lowered Neuspeed/Bilstein setup.

AFAIK (someone with more knowledge about offsets and the like please
correct me) it shouldn't be a problem if the radius of your new tire/wheel
combination and offset are the same as stock.
