De-Locked door handles
OK, here is the procedure to add the rear handles from a 4 door Mk2 Jetta or Golf to your Scirocco. The instructions are simple, first remove the pin that holds the paddle in, with a thin punch or, you can try to pull it out with plyers. the pic below shows what was removed from the original handle.
After you have removed the paddle, do the same to the new lockless handles. After that it is just a matter of trading the paddle from the original handle over to the new lockless one. Line it up, punch the pin back in, and you're in business. here is the end result
