This is my first VW and it is also my first car. I bought the car about 9 months before I could drive it in hopes of fixing it up. I paid $700 for it because the tranny SMSed. The car had 232,593 mile on it at purchase and since then I have put about 27,000 miles on it (pretty damn good if you ask me, my first car, same clutch that was in it when the tranny was replaced, and I drive it HARD).

Mainly stock except K&N and Swiss cheese

  -Pioneer stereo system with 12disc CD changer
  -SONY XM2501 130w x 1 Amp
  -SAS Bazooka 10" Tube
 

Exhaust:
  -Autotech 2.25" Stainless Catback

Suspension:
  -Bilstien SPORT shocks/dampers (whatever they are called?)
  -HöR Technologie lowering springs (3" drop)

  -new springs (eurosport)
