One of the few Kraftswerk built transmissions with straight cut gears (1st and 2nd only). These units were intended for high hp cars. I have owned this since new. It has lived in my ABA Scirocco, stock ABA, for ~4000 miles. I had intended to use this as an autocross car, but never did. The details are as follows; 5 Speed 2Y, 3.94 R&P 1st 2.5 Straight cut 2nd 1.8 Straight cut 3rd 1.37 Stock helical 4th 1.13 Stock helical 5th 0.75 Stock helical (originally 0.80) Unit was originally built with all new syncros, bearings and detents. It is currently in my car and drives as it did when new. I will promtly remove it upon sale. I would like to sell the whole unit for $1800 (OBO) + (low) shipping cost. I prefer Paypal or cash. 1987 S2 16V salvaged title, BBS rims, on 2nd motor, 2.0 16V out of 92 Passat, euro light conversion.Had car since 1991 but now have four cars, so it sits, recently smogged, tags 4/09, resent Techtonics front drilled disc/brakes done.AC R12 cold. overall still runs pretty good. won't take less than $500, would wait 2 years to retire car to state for 1K

Hey, i have an 87 scirocco 16v forsale. Red, ZERO rust, interior looks great, very reliable and runs strong. Doesnt need e-test. Just needs e-brake adjusted for safety. euro lights, lowered with h&r street springs, headers with straight 2" pipe(no cat), New clutch just installed a few months ago, new clutch cable, drive shafts, and removed the a/c. Comes with alloy audi rims with newer tires (under 5k), kenwood deck. Car looks great, i hate to sell my baby but just bought a brand new truck so it has to go,email me at jamie_szeibert@hotmail.com im asking $2300 Also parts car available, 8v, stripped down, all body panels...doors, fenders, hatch, all in 100% condition, no hood. engine is oil free all painted up. I have a 1976 Scirocco that�s been in storage for over twenty years that�s been completely disassembled and the body has been professionally stripped and coated with epoxy primmer inside and out. I have all the pieces to reassemble the car but just can�t find the time to do so. I�ve had this car since high school and the body is flawless with no accident damage, dings, or rust. The interior is black and the dashboard is not warped and has no cracks, which is very unusual for a car of this age. I have a lot of after-market parts that were purchased and never installed; such as, Neuspeed Sway Bars, Strut Bars, Springs, Koni Adjustable Shocks, Zender Body Kit, and many OEM new parts. I was also involved with a Volkswagen racing team, and have acquired many parts, including a complete 16-valve engine with the fuel injection system that has not even been broken in. In addition, there is a collection of 16-valve close ratio 5-speed transmissions parts and extra 16V engine parts. Hi All, I am looking for a sunroof hand winder mechanism and the plastic surrounding trim out of a MKII 16V 1988 scirocco, I am not sure if one out of a standard MKII will fit.
