reinstalling rear quarter windows

ok,i got them out easy enough,but i cannot for the life of me,get them back
in.
ive tried the wrope method,it worked,but i didnt get the whole seal in.
is their a trick to this?should i put the bottom half of the window in the
channel first,or should i put the top in first?
i figured if i dont get the answer on the tex,id ask here.
