size of speedo cable hold-down bolt

Can I get the size of the speedo cable hold-down bolt please?  Either what I
have is the wrong size or the threads are stripped out.

once I get that done I just have the balljoint to knuckle bolts to squeeze
in then I can step back and see what kind of damage I have done
