Scrap metal prices

I manage some commercial property in the LA area that has a busy
muffler shop as a tenant.  You can track the price of scrap metal by
observing how many times a day the guys who collect it stop by to raid
his dumpster.  Same thing applies to cardboard prices by observing the
alley behind the units.
