Which tool would you buy?

Well - FWIW I've ordered the snap-on tool.
In general I like to spend the money once to buy the right/best tool.
Granted, I could have bought 3 of the cheap sears ones for the same price,
but that defeats the purpose of saving money. And if I did buy the cheaper
one, it would probably work fine for a while but I'd probably be pretty
pissed when it broke or stripped out and ground whatever project to a halt.
Also I guess I like that the snap-on just hooks to a ratchet - one less
mechanical connection than the sears tool, one less part to slip or drop.

Thanks for the advice. Wish I had been able to pick one up localy, but
there just didn't sem to be any shops in my normal range of 'running
errands' that carried it.

Yesterday, while I was going from Home Depot to Sears I did see a snap-on
truck going the other way and had momentary thoughts of hanging a U-turn and
following the guy :)

Naturally, I'll keep y'all updated when the tool comes in and I finally take
the starter out of the 82 oroject motor .
