OT: Vista, wireless networking, and printer sharing

My wife just picked up a new laptop with Vista. I've got it on the
network with the wireless router, etc. She has access to the net. I
can see her computer from mine. She can't see mine from hers. I set up
the printer (HP 1210 PSC) on my USB and it works. I've made it a
share. But neither it nor my PC are viewable via my wife's laptop.
What gives? Used to share this printer with no problems. Is it a
wireless thing (first time with wireless) or a Vista thing (first time
with Vista)? Or is it something else?
